	Signs cannot go on Commercial, Business, or Office properties		Signs cannot be placed on public property which includes the area between the sidewalk and the street (including telephone poles)		The sale cannot begin before 7:00 AM nor end later than 8:00 PM
	The sale must remain on private property, no items may be displayed between the sidewalk and the street		Signs cannot obstruct the view of motorists or pedestrians		No excess noise may be created from the sale
			Signs cannot exceed 4 square feet in size
