All major streets in the city have also been plowed multiple times and treated with a road salt and brine solution. The brine helps activate the road salt at lower temperatures. The commercial areas in the city are clear and open, with on-street parking available. Downtown Plymouth sidewalks are clear and have been treated with a de-icing materials.
