Solid Waste Collection

Priority Waste has purchased a portion of Republic Service’s residential business and will now be the provider of solid waste collection in the City of Plymouth.

Beginning Monday, October 2, residents and businesses will see new, yellow trucks collecting their solid waste, including the automated trash cart, automated recycling cart, and compost.

While the trucks might be a different color, the services, routes, schedules, and items collected will remain the same. If your collection is on Monday, it will stay on Monday. If its on Tuesday, it will stay on Tuesday, and so forth. Please continue to place your materials out to the curb the night before your collection day. 

If your material(s) are not collected by the end of your scheduled day, please either call the Department of Municipal Services at 734-453-7734 or send an email to [email protected] the following day.
