Online Payments

City of Plymouth internet financial applications will be offline Wednesday, September 13 until Monday, September 18 for software upgrades.  During this time, there will be no option to make payments online. Payments may be made in person at Plymouth City Hall (201 S. Main St.) or by mail.  After hours, you may place payments in one of our dropboxes, located in the drive through lane of the Plymouth District Library or in the Church St. vestibule at City Hall.
