The City of Plymouth has partnered with local instructors to offer the following Spring Fitness Class and Tai Chi opportunities at the Plymouth Cultural Center

Kettlebell Krush
A high-intensity full body workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises using kettlebells that will work multiple muscle groups at once. It will follow HIIT style structure with short bursts of work followed by 10 second rest for 4-minute segments. Participants must bring own Kettlebells.
8 weeks, Mondays, starting on April 3rd, ending on May 22nd 6:15-7 p.m.

Mobility Flow
An active recovery class designed to open your body through flexibility and mobility work. In this 8-week program, you'll release tension as you move through dynamic flows that blend creative and challenging transitions, balances, and core work.
8 weeks, Mondays, starting on April 3rd, ending on May 22nd 7:15-7:45 p.m.

Bootcamp
Fast paced full body workout consisting of strength, endurance, resistance, and aerobic exercises using various types of equipment.
8 weeks, Tuesdays, starting on April 4th, ending on May 23rd 9-10 a.m.

8 weeks, Wednesdays, starting on April 5th, ending on May 24th 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Ab Lab
Go from Fl-Abs to F-Abs with this 30 minute class designed to strengthen the muscles of the abs and back with non-stop core sculpting moves.
8 weeks, Wednesdays, starting on April 5th, ending on May 24th 6:40-7:10 p.m.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art that incorporates slow but purposeful movements to improve strength, coordination, and balance. It also helps in achieving a relaxed state and calming the mind through meditation and proper breathing.
Beginner Class
6 weeks, Wednesdays, starting on March 15th 4-5 p.m.
