The City of Plymouth has partnered with local instructors to offer the following Winter Fitness Class opportunities at the Plymouth Cultural Center.

Swerk
The world's best hip-hop cardio fitness workout! Our booty poppin, glute focused dance moves will change your routine for fitness.
10 weeks, Mondays, starting on January 9th, ending on March 20th 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Resident $99, Non-resident $107

Bootcamp
Fast paced full body workout consisting of strength, endurance, resistance, and aerobic exercises using various types of equipment.
10 weeks, Tuesdays, starting on January 10th, ending on March 21st 9-10 a.m.

Kettlebell Krush
A high-intensity full body workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises using kettlebells that will work multiple muscle groups at once. It will follow HIIT style structure with short bursts of work followed by 10 second rest for 4-minute segments. Participants must bring own Kettlebells.
10 weeks, Wednesdays, starting on January 11th, ending on March 15th 6:15-7 p.m.

Mobility Flow
An active recovery class designed to open your body through flexibility and mobility work. In this 10-week program, you'll release tension as you move through dynamic flows that blend creative and challenging transitions, balances, and core work.
10 weeks, Wednesdays, starting on January 11th, ending on March 15th 7:15-7:45 p.m.

Tabata
45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), consisting of 8 rounds of 20 second bursts of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. It is the ultimate calorie burning workout.
10 weeks, Thursdays, starting on January 12th, ending on March 16th 9-9:45 a.m.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art that incorporates slow but purposeful movements to improve strength, coordination, and balance. It also helps in achieving a relaxed state and calming the mind through meditation and proper breathing.
Intermediate I Class
6 weeks, Mondays, starting on January 9th 5-6 p.m.
