City Municipal Services Checking their trucks

The City of Plymouth Department of Municipal Services staff are considered Emergency First Responders and in a winter storm they are the First Responders who help keep roads open.  In order to respond in extreme weather they need to check their vehicles, DMS Team Member Nick explains about the need for truck checks.  

With this major winter storm please, if possible stay off the roads. If you do have to go out, please slow down and make sure there is plenty of room between you and the car in front of you. Also, if you have 4-Wheel Drive, that's great, but you still have 4-Wheel slide as roads ice over or ice under snow pack your vehicle will slide on the ice.  

Please give the plows and salt trucks plenty of room to work and please Don't Crowd the Plows.
