City Municipal Services Ready for Storm

The City of Plymouth Department of Municipal Service First Responders are ready for the upcoming winter storm. The anticipated extreme low temperatures affect the effectiveness of road salt. The City uses a mixture of road salt and a liquid brine, which activates the salt and makes it much more effective at low temperatures.
