City offices will be closed on Monday, July 4.  If you'd like to drop off a payment, absentee ballot, or absentee ballot application, you may use our drop box in the Church St. vestibule of City Hall.  An additional drop box is located in the drive-thorough lane of the Plymouth District Library.

Please join us for the Good Morning USA Parade, beginning at 9 a.m. on July 4 on Main St. from Theodore to Hartsough. Please note that all streets that cross Main in that area will be closed before, during, and for a time after the parade. Starkweather and Harvey may be used to detour. And remember, no chairs, blankets or other seat-saving devices may be placed along the parade route prior to 6 a.m. on July 4.
