Recycling Collection Delayed

The city's solid waste contractor, Republic Services, has notified the city of a delay in recycling collection due to staffing shortages. Those residents and businesses with normal Monday (Jan. 17) collection should leave their recycling at the curb for collection on Tuesday (Jan. 18).

The contractor will attempt to catch up throughout the week and all recycling will be collected by the end of the day on Thursday.

Again, please leave recycling at the curb and it will be collected, although it will likely be delayed a day this week.

There is no delay in trash collection this week.
