Adult Cornhole League Coordinator

Part-Time Hourly
$14.00 per hour

Definition:

Under supervision, performs a variety of job tasks related to athletic leagues and operations.   Perform public interaction duties including enforcing / interpreting sports rules, policies and coordinate beverage sales.   Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.  Leagues are held weeknight evenings.

Examples of Key Duties:

• Assist in running adult cornhole league play
• Set up and tear down league cornhole boards, tables & chairs
• Answer questions or direct the pubic to supervisor on duty.
• Perform light league related maintenance as needed.
• File and process league standings.
• Operate point of sale system and coordinate beverage sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to deal with large groups of people. 
• Must possess good communication skills. 
• Computer knowledge and application skills are desirable 
• Must be able to work weekday evenings. 
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be fully vaccinated to work with the public

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms.  The employee frequently is required to sweep, stoop, bend, sit, talk and hear.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.  Exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally may work outside. The employee will  operate audio visual equipment.
