Extra Vaccines Available Today

Rite Aid has informed us that they will be bringing extra Pfizer vaccines to our clinic today at the Plymouth Cultural Center, 525 Farmer.  Anyone age 16 or older is welcome to walk in from 10:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian's signature on this form.

We have plenty of staff and volunteers on hand, so the wait time should be minimal. The typical time from arrival to check out has been 22 minutes at our past clinics, and this includes the 15-minute observation time.

This is a great opportunity for high school students and those who plan to go to college in the fall! 

Please bring a photo ID and an insurance card, if you have one. Insurance is not required, and there is no charge for the vaccine.
