Covid Vaccine Clinic

Rite Aid, in cooperation with the City of Plymouth, is offering a Covid Vaccination Clinic at the Plymouth Cultural Center at 525 Farmer on April 15 and 16.   Everyone age 18 and over may register. 

Rite Aid will be offering the Moderna vaccine, which will require a follow up visit for a second vaccine on May 13 or 14.  Those who register for an appointment must be available to receive the second dose on one of those days. Anyone who will not be available for the second vaccine on May 13 or 14 is ineligible to register for the April clinic.

There is no charge for vaccine, but people who attend will be required to present photo ID and, if they have it, an insurance card.   Those who do not have an insurance card will still be able to obtain the vaccine without charge.

As an alternative, the Kroger Pharmacy in cooperation with Canton Township, is holding a clinic for Plymouth and Canton residents age 16 and older on April 12 and 13 at Summit on the Park.  You may register for that clinic at https://app.blockitnow.com/consumer/canton.
