The City of Plymouth has implemented an electronic billing procedure that allows residents to receive their utility bills via email.
Electronic billing not only helps the City save resources and the environment, but also makes paying utility bills much easier. In conjunction with the City's electronic direct debit deposit system, now residents are able to both receive and pay their utility bills electronically. The entire process can become paperless.
